Surrounded on all sides by lakes, you could fish a different lake each day.

Killeshandra could almost have been designed with the angler in mind.

On the eastern side is Lough Oughter a complex of waters with well known venues such as Rann, Killykeen.

Some of the other excellent lakes that have proven record catches are

Tullyguide,Town, Bawn, Dereskit, Rockfield, and a favourite is Glasshouse.

The quality of fish in Lakeland is superb – Bream, Perch, Roach, Hybrids, Pike, Rudd and sometimes Tench.

In 2009 Killeshandra was chosen by Failte Ireland as an ‘Anglers Welcome Hub.

Anglers from all over the world have enjoyed staying with us and fishing the many lakes and waterways in close proximity to our accommodation.

Killeshandra is well known as the Angling capital of the midlands.
